1. TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment

Main symptoms: In the middle and late stages of the disease, the glans is ulcerated, with strange-smelling thick blood-like exudate. The sore skin is pink or light red, or brown and dull, or the hard lumps fall off, but no new flesh develops. The bilateral abdominal lymph nodes are significantly swollen and tender. Thinning, mental fatigue, physical fatigue, pale face, pale tongue with less coating, and deep and thready pulse.
Treatment: Nourish blood, remove toxins and resolve knots.
2. External treatment methods
(1) Surgical treatment: 1) Precancerous lesions of male genitalia, such as male genital leukoplakia, male genital horn, male genital papilloma, male genital proliferative erythema, male genital fibrous lump disease, etc., should be treated promptly or surgically. For patients with prepuce or long foreskin, circumcision should be performed before puberty. ; 2) For stage I or stage II penile cancer, partial male genital removal is performed based on the circumstances. If there is suspected groin cancer metastasis and the biopsy is positive, lymphadenectomy will be performed 3 weeks after the original cancer wound has been repaired. ; 3) For those whose cancer is too large or whose tumor is limited to the male genital trunk, male genital incision should be performed immediately. 3. Organic chemical therapy: (1) To treat precancerous lesions and early superficial cancers, 5% fluorouracil cream can be applied externally, or 5% fluorouracil solution can be applied to the face. (2) If the cancer is more localized, 3 to 5 mg of ticamycin should be injected at the base of the cancer once every other day for one month. (3) For those who have cancer or have migrated, after penile cancer removal, use 15-3b 250g of ticamin, once a day or once every other day, intramuscularly, with a total output of 300-600mg.
