Tai Chi enriches the lives of the elderly
Cultivation of sentiment, willing to repair bamboo and tie thousands of poles
Tai Chi culture is extensive and profound, and it can cultivate one's mind and body. While I continue to improve my boxing skills, it also cultivates my sentiments and improves my physical and mental health. healthy . In the process of running tutoring classes, I also met a large number of boxing friends. We discussed and exchanged ideas, learned from each other's strengths, exchanged information, and improved together. I also compiled 6 sets of Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword, aerobics and other programs, which were well received by everyone. I believe that through the efforts of my boxing friends and I, Tai Chi will flourish like a dense bamboo forest.
Temper your will and learn to be like a green pine and proud of the wind and snow
I understand that when learning Tai Chi, you need to pass three levels: finding a teacher, adapting, and perseverance. I first bought teaching books, but I couldn't learn the essentials. I became a disciple of the famous Mr. Chen and received his guidance before embarking on the right path. Teacher Chen was very strict and had to practice basic skills every day. I was almost 60 years old at the time, and I really didn’t get used to it at first. Later, with the encouragement of teachers and boxing friends, I finally persisted. After scientifically arranging training intensity, my physical fitness gradually improved. The most taboo in practicing Qigong is "three days of fishing and two days of drying the net", so practicing Qigong is also about practicing perseverance. After practicing day after day and year after year, I finally achieved success and was later appointed as an instructor of Yang Style Tai Chi by the Jinan Sports Association.
Add fun, plant plum blossoms in your heart to announce the spring breeze
In the beginning, Tai Chi gave me a sense of mystery. I am an old spectator, and I used to watch others practice in the park. When I first retired, I was really not used to that kind of "leisure", so I started learning Tai Chi to pass the time. Unexpectedly, I discovered that Tai Chi not only relaxes the muscles and activates blood circulation, but also adjusts the mentality. I have summarized four sentences from practicing Tai Chi: Look at the beauty of the body from the moves, think about the knowledge from the requirements, find the gap from the practice, and experience the fun from the progress.
Keep an open mind, but be a willow and cultivate new branches
The most important thing in practicing martial arts is martial ethics. When I practice boxing in the park, people often watch and ask for advice. Later I thought that more people should be allowed to practice Tai Chi to stay healthy. I hold one or two Tai Chi tutoring classes every year. Tuition is not charged and the classes are taught on a voluntary basis. So far, I have guided more than 300 students. This can be regarded as a contribution to national fitness and the popularization of Tai Chi.
