In most cases, health certificate physical examinations during menstruation can be passed successfully, so there is no need to worry about delaying the time in advance.
The core screening logic of the health certificate is to check whether employees carry diseases that can be transmitted through public contact, such as active tuberculosis, viral hepatitis (active phase), dysentery, typhoid, purulent or exudative skin diseases. Menstruation is just a normal change in a woman’s menstrual cycle. It is neither an infectious disease nor will it affect the results of these core screening indicators. It is not excluded from the health certificate.
A while ago, I helped several newly recruited waiters in the store apply for health certificates. It happened that a young girl born after 2000 happened to be here on her first day. Before going out, she posted on the Internet that she could not pass the menstrual physical examination. She was so nervous that she was sweating while clutching her ID card. When I accompanied her to the physical examination department, I specifically asked the doctor. The doctor smiled and said that this is not the case at all, and she just needs to pay attention when doing urine routine. Later, she followed the doctor's instructions and wiped her vulva with a paper towel before peeing, leaving only the middle section of urine, which was completely free of menstrual blood. The next day, she received a notification from the electronic health certificate, and there was no problem.
Of course, it's not that we have never encountered situations where we need to make an extra trip. Last year, a colleague was in a hurry to join the job and didn't pay attention when picking up urine. The sample was mixed with a lot of menstrual blood, and the urine routine test showed occult blood 3+. The physical examination center did not directly judge her as unqualified. They just called her and told her to wait for 3 days after her aunt was clean and come back for a repeat urine routine. Later, the review results were all normal, and the certificate was issued on the same day, which did not delay her entry into the job.
Some people think that you should just not go there during menstruation to avoid the trouble of having to re-examine. In fact, it all depends on your own schedule. If you are in a hurry to get a certificate, just go directly. Pay more attention when taking urine and feces samples to prevent the samples from being contaminated by menstrual blood. It can basically be passed in one go.; If you have enough time, it would be easier to wait for the aunt to leave for two or three days before going there. There is almost no possibility of needing a re-examination.
To put it bluntly, whether you can pass the health certificate depends on whether you have any infectious diseases that meet the requirements. It really has nothing to do with whether you can come or not. Just don’t be frightened by false information on the Internet and run away in vain.
