Heart and spleen deficiency are matched with the heart and spleen; liver stagnation and blood deficiency are matched with the pancreas, gallbladder, and liver; heart and kidney mismatch are matched with the heart and kidneys; disharmony of stomach qi is matched with the stomach; phlegm-heat internal disturbance is matched with the pancreas, gallbladder, and lungs; heart deficiency and timidity are matched with the heart, pancreas, and gallbladder; yin deficiency and excessive fire are matched Match the kidneys; high blood pressure, the top of the socket; wheezing, the top of the screen; dry eyes, the eyes; tinnitus and ear swelling, match the ears; pain in the forehead and temples, match the sun; forgetfulness or unstable sleep, match Baihui; pain behind the pillow, match Fengchi.

The acupoints assigned according to the syndrome are: heart and spleen deficiency are assigned to the spleen and small intestine; heart and kidney deficiency are assigned to the liver and kidneys; heart qi deficiency is assigned to the liver and gallbladder; liver stagnation and qi stagnation is assigned to the triple burner and liver; kidney yang deficiency is assigned to the spermatozoa, endocrine system, and kidneys; stomach disharmony is assigned to the stomach, spleen, and triple burner.
Method: The basic method is the same as that of Wangbuliuxing. Place the smooth surface of the mung bean on the acupuncture point and the rough surface of half the mung bean on the tape surface. Liver stagnation transforming into fire is suitable for the liver area, heart and gallbladder qi deficiency is suitable for the gallbladder area; heart and spleen deficiency is suitable for the spleen area; kidney deficiency is suitable for the endocrine area.
Methods: For mild cases, use the Wangbuliuxing seed pressing pill method, leave the pills for 1 to 2 days, and massage 3 to 5 times on your own, 3 to 5 minutes each time; for moderate cases, use the pressing needle method, bury the needles for 2 days, and massage 3 to 5 times before going to bed; for severe cases, use the filiform acupuncture method, leave the needles for 30 minutes, and perform acupuncture once every 10 minutes, once every 1 to 2 days.
Indications: Various insomnia.
