Male sperm is not produced immediately, but there is a process. Therefore, men’s sexual life should not be too frequent. This will cause insufficient semen in men and affect fertility. So what is the production process of male sperm? How is male sperm produced? Let’s learn more about the production process of male sperm below.

The whole process of male sperm production

Male sperm are mature male cells, and their growth and development begins with immature spermatogonia. Spermatogonia disintegrate several times and expand in volume, turning into spermatocytes, which then disintegrate into sperm cells, and finally grow and develop into perfect male sperm, namely: spermatocytes - spermatocytes - sperm cells - male sperm.

After the male sperm is mature, it falls into the seminiferous duct cavity and slowly migrates to the epididymal cyst. Some of it is stored here, and most of it migrates to the ejaculatory duct and ampulla cavity for storage until the man's ejaculate is discharged.

During the sperm production process, a suitable and relatively stable environment is required, and temperature is an important criterion for sperm production. This suitable and relatively stable working temperature is adjusted by the contraction of the vagina. When the external temperature increases, the yinxiang shrinks to the left chamber and expands the heat dissipation area to reduce the temperature; on the contrary, when the external temperature decreases, the yinxiang becomes smaller to insulate and maintain heat. Through this buffering effect, the temperature inside the vagina is maintained 1.5 to 2.0°C lower than that of the abdomen.

Human sperm formation is a continuous process, and sperm are produced all the time. In other words, there are perfect sperms in the body at any time. This is obviously different from women who only have one perfect egg cell every month.

One gram of adult testicular tissue produces about 10 million sperm a day, and both testicles weigh about 30 to 40 grams, so hundreds of millions of sperm are produced every day.

How to check sperm quality

Self-test. Often rely on special tools to test their own sperm.

1. Hue

Normal semen is dark gray or milky white. The light yellow color is common in people with older ejaculation intervals. Reddish-brown color is common in seminal vesicle inflammation, seminal vesicle tumors, prostate inflammation, and sometimes urethral stones. smell

2. Vaporization

The semen that has just been ejaculated is thick and jelly-like. It will vaporize and turn into a thinner liquid after about 3-30 minutes. Non-coagulation of semen at night is common in congenital bilateral ejaculatory duct defects, accompanied by seminal vesicle defects. Failure of semen to evaporate for more than 30 minutes is common in male patients with prostate and seminal vesicle diseases. Increased semen viscosity is commonly caused by metabolic disorders of the vaporization enzyme system of the male prostate.

3. Sperm density

Normal volume is 2-6ml, the average volume is 3ml, if it is less than 1ml or exceeds 8ml, it is abnormal. Low fluid volume is common in men with prostate and seminal vesicle disease or reverse ejaculation. ph pH
