  When my wife and I first retired, in order to stay fit and live longer, we would either walk or jog in the morning and evening. These exercise Good is good, but it is often restricted by wind, frost, rain, snow and venue conditions, so I really want to find a fitness method that is both simple and not restricted by conditions.

  I saw the "shaking" technique in a magazine a few years ago. I said to my wife: We might as well give it a try. Unexpectedly, after persisting for four or five years, we have become energetic, sharp, and have benefited a lot from it.

  The basic posture when shaking is to stand with your chest held high, your eyes slightly open, and your feet shoulder-width apart. Relax the whole body, eliminate distracting thoughts, use the heels and knees as the axis, and activate the trembling of the muscles and internal organs in all parts of the body. The frequency and time of shaking can be determined by each person. Generally, it can be done for 20 minutes, and the longest can not exceed half an hour.
