Many of the foods we eat every day contain additives. So is food necessarily toxic if additives are added to the food? This statement is incorrect.
Compared with tobacco and alcohol, food additives are more harmful to healthy The harm done by adults is minimal. As long as the relevant national limit regulations are followed, the additives currently allowed to be used are quite safe, and generally speaking, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
