"Nine out of ten people have hemorrhoids" indirectly shows that the lifestyle of modern society has caused too many people to suffer from hemorrhoids. Although hemorrhoids are not a big deal, they bring great inconvenience to people's work and life. So, how should we treat hemorrhoids every day to prevent them from getting worse? Traditional Chinese medicine experts say that if you suffer from hemorrhoids, you might as well drink some of these things.
Hibiscus tea
Take an appropriate amount of hibiscus flowers (30-60 grams of fresh product, 6-9 grams of dried product), remove impurities, add appropriate amount of water, decoct into soup instead of tea, drink at any time. Hibiscus flower clears away heat, removes dampness, and cools blood. It is mainly used to treat hemorrhoid bleeding, stool bleeding, red and white diarrhea, and bloody leucorrhea. "Rihuazi Materia Medica" records: It can treat intestinal wind, diarrhea, blood dysentery, redness and white diarrhea, and it can be roasted as medicine; it can be used as a soup instead of tea to treat wind. Folks often use it to make tea to treat hemorrhage and dysentery.
Honey
People with hemorrhoids can drink honey, because honey is a natural food that can moisturize the intestines and relieve constipation. Most hemorrhoid patients are caused by constipation. After drinking honey, people can shorten the defecation time and dilute the stool, which can reduce the pain of hemorrhoids.
